What nostr client allows for relay selection and will allow me to post to just one relay at a time?
I thought I could on coracle.social, but Iām not seeing option..

Nah we used to have that option but removed it since it was a bit confusing. We are moving toward a first class relay approach (think discord, where you click a relay and start posting inside of it)
On mobile nos.social does this. You can select all relays or choose an individual relay from the list.
