The biggest problem with new #Bitcoin wallets is getting existing bitcoiners to switch.

Why should someone bother if their current solution works fine? They're just introducing risk.

I enjoy trying new wallets, but rarely will I make a permanent switch.

Plus it costs money to move.

Another great point

Why would it cost money to import seed phrase?

It costs money to send transactions to new keys.

New wallet doesn't necessarily mean new keys.

No but sometimes it does (single key to multisig, multisig to multisig)

Bitcoin is not money, at least not according to US law.

sparrow for life

Sparrow is so good.

It would have to solve an existing problem for me, to consider switching..

Why switching from one wallet to another instead of using many?

I use many LN wallets at daily basis. Each one for specific use case and situation.

Spreading the risk, issues, liquidity is much better than using everything in one app.

Onchain I use strictly to open/close LN channels and sometimes Electrum and Sparrow. Is enough for onchain management.

Spread your stash on 3 levels: hold, cache, spend and in many different wallets (not like Saylor).

bolt12 alone is reason enough
