The reason that it matters is not because “oh wow, they are using the hot blonde”. If you remember gamer gate… it became a seminal moment in the right and in the anti-woke movement.

Gamergate proved to millions of normies globally “you can’t just sit this out. You can’t just ignore it and be left alone. Even the things you use as your escapist outlet will be turned against you by the cult of envy”.

And that march has kept moving across ALL the institutions of the west with little signs of slowing until now. Sydney Sweeney is most of the things the woke cult hate the most: white, blonde, conventionally attractive, and middle-right (which, to then, means “far/alt-right” as per their usual strawman).

It’s not about Sydney herself, just like MAGA wasn’t really entirely about trump (eg: Jack posobieck has been calling out trump relentlessly for his H1B visa support despite being associated with MAGA). It is about a hopeful signal that the cult that worships ugliness and everything terrible like a deformed god is on the decline.

Well, didnt give a shit about GamerGate either. Another who fucking cares. There are real issues in the world, and all this CULTure bullshit is one grand psyop to distract from those real problems. Wars continue, debt grows, more and more cant feed or house themselves, we got military on the streets, a fucking mass murderer in the WH, to name a few. And you expect me to care about an ad campaign for a company that makes and sells poison? Sorry, my priorities do not allow for me to concern myself with such nonsense

Yes, wars continue, etc.

And every major institution that keeps pushing inflation, immigration, forever war, etc was all pushing all the woke stuff for all the same reasons—deconstructionalism. The whole point was to crush resistance via moral poison.

Ok well, again, none of this matters to me. None of it puts food on my plate. None of it keeps a roof over my head. I dont do CULTure bullshit. Its a distraction, all of it.
