Is there anything more over-promoted on the internet than raw milk?
I know pasteurized is worse for you, and it's not pure POISON like most other staples of the modern diet...but unless you're severely malnourished and trying to GAIN bodyfat, it's sub-optimal.
My overall take on #dairy is:
Some people can tolerate it more than others (it's a common autoimmune trigger), so feel free to experiment with it after 90-days of red meat + water only.
But if you want to maximally thrive, it shouldn't be anything more than a special treat.
