Between their eyebrows/nose bridgeπ₯΄
Yeah, kinda metronome like but focusing on the bridge of the nose if it seems like it's getting too intense for them.
That changes regularly.

>Eye contact is positively correlated with synchrony as well as ratings of engagement by conversation partners. However, rather than elicit synchrony, eye contact commences as synchrony peaks and predicts its immediate and subsequent decline until eye contact breaks. This relationship suggests that eye contact signals when shared attention is high.
>Furthermore, we speculate that eye contact may play a corrective role in disrupting shared attention (reducing synchrony) as needed to facilitate independent contributions to conversation.
Look between both eyes in the middle
none of this specifically, way more freeform and probably all of this at varying points
The most underutilized feature of both Twitter and Nostr.
If I happen to be on Twitter and see a question that says reply A or B it really makes me strangely angry. I'm guessing it's just interaction/post baiting, but it's like, there is a feature for this and there is no way I'm scrolling and summing up 100s of posts to get a tally.
On the Nostr front I had to add a 1 sat vote option so I could zap a single vote. Would be nice if the polls just forced 1 sat.
