It’s just an old saying, Julius Caesar was killed by 60 senators on the ides of March

I find it ironic that the GOP funding bill had to pass at midnight to avoid the “government shutdown”

The vote also required 60 senators to vote yes to pass the bill… roughly the same number of senators that stabbed Caesar
