Sometimes a "pso-rite" (https://pso-rite.com/products/pso-rite) can help. (These can be 3D printed at home for cheap.) OR sometimes, I'll use a lacrosse ball or softball instead of the roller. (More leaning into the pain spots and waiting, less moving around and smashing.) In the sauna, everything works even better.

I actually donโ€™t have any tennis balls here at this gym, but maybe Iโ€™ll go buy one ๐Ÿ‘. About the sauna ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ I have found that to be my pain free space ๐Ÿ™
