Sometimes a "pso-rite" (https://pso-rite.com/products/pso-rite) can help. (These can be 3D printed at home for cheap.) OR sometimes, I'll use a lacrosse ball or softball instead of the roller. (More leaning into the pain spots and waiting, less moving around and smashing.) In the sauna, everything works even better.
I know many of you fellow Bitcoiners are fitness enthusiasts. Could anyone advise on the most effective methods for stretching or rolling out a tight hip flexor? I've tried numerous techniques, taken a week off from training, had a few massages and I attempted rolling it out previously without any success, but Iโm giving it another try today.
Any suggestions?

I actually donโt have any tennis balls here at this gym, but maybe Iโll go buy one ๐. About the sauna ๐งโโ๏ธ I have found that to be my pain free space ๐
