I want to do a blood test to check my blood results now and after 30days of full carnivore.
Does that make sense and what should i test for?

Ask the doctor for a full panel & what else he recommends to guage efficacy of what you're doing.
HS-CRP (high sensitivity C Reactive Protein)
Hb A1c
Hormones - testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, DHEA (testosterone precursor)
Fasting insulin levels would also be interesting
Also even after 30 days, there's still a lot of adjusting going on.
Given the price of blood tests, a 90 or even 180day would be more appropriate.
Getting a baseline reading is valuable though & i regretted not getting one.
I think I will never understand how people can do this! 😅
There is so much tasty food out there 🤤
AST and ALT should be below 20.
BUN - The higher the BUN the better. It means your getting adequate protein.
Creatinine- the higher the better.
HA1C - the lower the better. Above 6 is pre-diabetes.
