I'm a meat-eater, but nothing wrong with a whole food vegan diet imo, it works really well for some including many high performing endurance athletes. Its a privalged diet to do correctly though. Meat is cheaper 😂

Anyway, I have no clue what the context of this photo, bu that person is blatently anorexic and based on the title of the account maybe she is trying to heal herself from a terrible eating disorder and doesn't feel like cooking up a honking bloody steak. Jus saying 😅

Honestly that's probably closer to the truth. My take on diet is that anything's fine, but my priority is maximizing animal fats and minimally processed foods. But cold pressed olive, coconut, avocado, and peanut oil are great too.

I 💯 agree. Meat and animal fats have gotten a bad rep, and as I've come to understand, it was intentional so that companies could sell more shitty processed "health foods".

At the end of the day the "stick to the perimeter of the grocery store" seems to be the easiest rule I've found.
