Collect some cash regularly from an ATM. Find a bar/cigar place nearby that you can get to easily. On your #GrapheneOS phone, disable cellular. Travel to the location on foot/with cash alone. Leave your vehicle behind. Pay with cash. Connect to their wifi with mac randomization on a profile with VPN enforced (that you payed for with unregistered sats).
It's a great skill to develop.

How do you enable mac randomization? I don't see that in the settings.
It's on by default on a Graphene phone.
You enable or disable it by wifi connection.
I go away for a few days 3-4 times a year with Bitcoiners.
While away I try to do it incognito.
I've never come close to doing it perfectly. There's always some slip up & there are certain elements that aren't worth addressing for the sake of the exercise (eg vehicle plates).
The point is that every time I do it, I learn something. I get to iterate on my approach.
You sound like me 😄 except I haven't been to a cigar place yet. I think Graphene randomizes the mac automatically (can be configured otherwise)
Look into configuring Pi-Hole to take it a step further.
