No, it’s a CEX, they claim that noKYC up to 990€, of course if you pay with card or SEPA you can count on KYC somehow but since we’re talking about monero, it doesn’t hurt

Depends. Even though KYC matters less with Monero than other crypto...it still matters because even if they can't follow it there will still be a record attached to your PII that you bought X amount of Monero. And criminals/IRS may come knocking later. You're guilty until proven innocent in practice with criminals and taxmen.

I'm not saying not to use dfx or KYC methods, everyone can choose their own trade-offs, but just so you're aware if you're not.

Many of us come to monero from bitcoin where to be anonymous therefore avoiding KYC is vital.

Not everything is for everybody, depending on your need might want to avoid KYC on monero.

But keep in mind that one could buy monero with KYC, move it to another monero address and disappear. Keeping the tickets and if needed to go back (to buy a castle 🏰).

Monero is a **boat accident** waiting to happen!
