Monday Morning. I tweaked my right tricept this morning. Not sure what I did differently. Probably too much, too quickly since I took over a week off the morning work outs. Will hold off on pushups for a few days and resume.

25 incline (struggled)

#proofofsquats Day 21

35-35-30

With abdominal exercised in between.

Get well soon. I tore my rotator cuff months ago and only now it is starting to heal. Limited my routine and I got quite out of my schedule for too long. Take it easy man. Don't rush back into it. ๐Ÿงก

Thanks bro. Yes. I should have known better. In my mind, I am capable of doing so much but it doesn't match what the body can do. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Should be fine. It was a small tweak. I just didnt want to push it any more since it was hurting a little during exercise.
