Nicotine gets a bad rap. I treat it like caffine. Mode of ingestion is important though.

Just try stop if you can, vaping seed oils is not the way out
to be clear its not actually seed oils you are vaping, though some glycerin is DERIVED from plant/seed sources...
i been doing it for 5 years and not very lightly... can report no problems at all..

Je vous envie car j'ai peiné à arrêter la cigarette paradoxalement ne supporte pas l'odeur de tabac ni sur ses doigts, ni en parlant avec autrui. Pour l'instant je touche du bois car aucun de mes bilans médicaux n'a pas pu détecté des signaux d'alertes pourtant j'ai commencé à fumer à l'adolescence... Fumer un moment qui permet de ranger tout ce que je mémorise... 😭
