Has anyone else noticed so many cats die gruesome or untimely deaths? The whole “9 lives” thing definitely ain’t true. Very few cats get to make it to old age unless they’re strictly indoor cats.

My earliest memory of death as a child was a dead, mutulated cat..
I’ve seen so many dead cat body’s in my life. More common than dead squirrels or birds honestly. Pretty sad.
We learned the hard way to keep 'em indoors.
My cats are chilling, we have a massive park behind our house. Though, most of the time they would rather just sleep lol
