lol, this is also true. However, in this specific case it was actually the consequence of a private Telegram chat that had unfortunately bad news that was kind of random. And actually not "clown world" related, despite the appearance of the emoji collection.

My most common emojis are 😂🤔😁🫡👏🏻... unless I'm on Twitter, then it can often look like the ones I posted above. 😂
