In a way, I like Trump's type of Cultural Christianity, where he cusses, rough houses, and fights, brings the battle to the world by fighting fire by fire.

I know the more puritan of Christianity would say you shouldn't say ass, or other offensive words.

I can't really say either way, I think Trump surrounds himself with wise astute Christian men that guide him well, and I think it appears like he's repenting but it's hard to say ultimately, I hope he does get redeemed by Christ like all humans.

I know on one hand we're playing on The enemies battlefield by playing by his rules but some people have difficulty being righteous at times.

The whole thing with swearword comes from the idea of not using the Lord's name right?

I think honestly it comes more from verses similar to Proverbs 21:23, and Ephesians 4:29, however, I think the general consensus is that swearing and saying things like the G damn it could be also where it derived from.

I'm not sure however.

Regardless, I think generally modern purity focused Christians views unproductive language as unbeneficial even when engaging in the secular world where those rules aren't observed.
