That isn’t my opinion. It’s a fact. If you want a better body, and you tell me about your IntErmItTeNt FaStInG and all of this shit, it’s cute, but if your BMI sucks, what you’re doing ~isn’t working~.

You gotta tell people because you don’t have results.

Change what you’re doing.

This applies to everything in life. Some people get results and most people chirp on the sidelines. Don’t be a loser. Get in the game and stop talking about it, be about it.

While that is true, 99.9% of the population are not athletes that defy a BMI. Notably would be a professional running back, right? They’re 6’0 215lbs with 8% body fat. However, When you go to your job, apply a vague BMI to everyone and you’ll see most people are just overweight. It serves as a general principle.

I guess if you’re looking to be a bit more specific you could say BMI + Body composition. That would be a more accurate measure
