Obamacare is based on Romneycare and passed because the GOP was not truly opposed to it given how much of a hand they had in crafting it. Liberals (depicted here, and many center Americans), in contrast, wanted a public option (it’s what helped Obama defeat Clinton in the primaries), which Obama took off the table before negotiating any reform.
Buddy, here in Bulgaria it is "cheap" and on a good level.
