We are grateful to have 160acres so it’s definitely do-able, only so much bandwidth though for projects. We have our backup on backup heating system, indoor grow op, gravity septic and manual well pump for our spring installed, so it’s all aesthetic Reno’s and property upgrades from here! Bones of the house are non-brittle though which has been about 7 years in the making.👌🇨🇦
