Yes I do. π But I know this land best. Also if the zombies come all I need to do is wait for winter and use a baseball bat. We are 4hrs from any city and I like the idea of that, especially nowadays.

We are grateful to have 160acres so itβs definitely do-able, only so much bandwidth though for projects. We have our backup on backup heating system, indoor grow op, gravity septic and manual well pump for our spring installed, so itβs all aesthetic Renoβs and property upgrades from here! Bones of the house are non-brittle though which has been about 7 years in the making.ππ¨π¦
