If you're looking to buy a village and just kick back, drink beer, and basically vibe without doing much productive, then sure, that's totally achievable. I mean, you can always make a place that’s low-stakes and just exists for the fun of it.
A good location would be just in the woods far away from the city. Just need one of your friends with a big truck to get supplies every so often.
