ultimately the reason why there is so much underdeveloped intellect in the population, though, is because of the education system brainwashing people to trust the government.

the result will be that angry people who were fooled or lied to will be more motivated to tear down the system that disabled them.

currently those are the "lumpen proletariat" who are lured into compliance with false incentives and taught fallacies that disable their ability to reason. they will see the people who refused to comply moving forward a lot and probably at first will turn fully communist, while their enemies are no longer so naive to trust in the government anymore thanks to their increasing access to useful information.

so it's gonna be bad at first, probably, and then after the dust settles things will get a lot better.
