Not really because, your parents likely validated each other and cared enough about it, leading to you... it was culturally ingrained for man and woman to appeal to the opposite sex.

2600 years ago Shakyamuni Buddha started doing it and all Zen students and teachers continue that. no luxury at all. I've known people who do this my entire life a d met new ones even recently.

responding to what i said about leaking by projecting on me is trying to clean mud with mud. leaking was DΕgen's word for what is now called psychological projection.
