this is just modernity. you can't "check one thing on your phone" without getting distracted and 20 minutes later you still haven't "checked that one thing on your phone"

I used to think that but apparently adult women with adhd are pretty forgetful, procrastinate, and often change topics during conversations. That’s me 🫣
