I give my dogs a med (I forget the name) that keeps them tick-free for 3 months
Yes we gave Arnie this same med last week!
He's also white so they're quite easy to spot.
But he had one hidden last fall (after the meds wore off) which was MASSIVE.
Scary stuff.
I've pulled two crawlers off me, one off my daughter, and three off the dog in the last couple of days.
