I have terrible posture and chronic back pain. Today, I did 25 minutes of yoga because the pain was unbearable—and just like that, it disappeared. I’m honestly angry at myself. Something this simple can change my quality of life, yet I haven’t been doing it regularly. That has to change.

Starting now, I’m committing to at least 10 minutes of yoga every single day. I’ve heard it takes 21 days to build a habit, so this is my public accountability post. I’ll update here daily to stay consistent.

My favourite channel is SquatUniversity on YouTube to learn about exercises for back pain. Then again there’s thousands of videos for “yoga for pain”.
