Rereading (slowly) the Temeraire series. I definitely recommend that, it is so, so good. Even though itβs got dragons, Iβd call it alternate historical science fiction, not fantasy.
I realize I am missing a book and probably left it with a relative, so after I finish the one Iβm currently on, Iβm going to take a break to reread The Three Body Problem and then pick up the missing book on my next visit.
Labor and postpartum are fantastic times to read because thereβs so much sitting around. Iβve read so much more than I had in the previous few years. I brought several back issues of Analog (the science fiction magazine) to the hospital with me and devoured them, it was the best idea.
Nursing forces you to sit, too, and itβs good to have a book at whatever spots you plan to do that.
And I just heard about The Three Body Problem yesterday! My husband who's not a reader at all started it and he said it was good. We're going to watch the show together.

Ooh that sounds like a fun read! Iβm reading the Outlander series, and I love it! There are quite a few things throughout the series that need a TW though. But itβs a time travel, adventure series with a lot of action and a lot of romance all wrapped up together!
Ahhhh I started those books after my sister and I watched the show. Despite fast forwarding a lot π we got so hooked! I need to get back into the books
Yeah there was a lot of stuff I fast forwarded through too π. Itβs fairly graphic. But so are the books, so I guess they stayed true to the story. I skipped some stuff in the books too lol. But I really do love the series!
