Oh definitely. It's snappy & busy... and it works well enough & covers enough stuff that I test my posts from other clients against it pretty often lol

Which client do you prefer at the moment?

Trying to get used to the fact that the thyst's settings aren't in one dedicated place.

It's weird to say but intent matters. Amethyst is my home base, but I've been using it for almost 3 years. I really like Jumble, Coracle, and Satellite for different reasons. I visit at least 2 of those 3 almost daily now.

Totally agree about intent. For me, Damus is the home base, it has been the case for almost 3 years. I really enjoy Yakihonne, Nostrudel and now Amethyst too. I really like Nostur as well. But I use it less than the others.

Yakihonne is getting really good, but I have sensitive eyes. It, Nostrudel, and Primal are all too bright, for me to hang out for very long.

I haven't explored any iOS stuff.

There’s something about the thyst and how it looks on the screen when you scroll. It’s extremely smooth

Iris is also nice.

I remember using iris 2 years ago

Yes its still being developed

It is, indeed.

A lot of settings are contextual. Zaps and reacts are setup by long pressing the icons. Double tapping the zap lets you do custom amounts and messages. I'd say the rest are in the sidebar in their own menus.

Good point. Emojis & pack settings are similar to zap settings.

Of course. Gotta get used to it. Damus took another approach where the UI/UX is less busy. A lot of settings reside here

I can't imagine how overwhelming Amethyst's main menu would be if everything that it does was packed in there. 😂

I totally understand that now that I use it. It’s like Damus, but with full body armour and night vision goggles 🤣

Definitely 🤣
