lived in nyc for years
many old friends are complaining about the mayoral election
if you can afford to move, and dont, thats on you
what if you have your house, family, job, assets, friends... in that city? it's easier said than done for most

got it! thought that was meant financially.
I guess most people will have a reason like the ones i mentioned that makes them stay, even though they know the trend ain't good
yup and thats why nyc (and cali, etc) wont turn for the better for awhile
