Had an issue with a mail app, started writing up a support ticket to proton, then remembered I've done support for like a decade.

Begrudgingly troubleshot it, and deleting and reinstalling the app seemingly fixed the issue.

*punches own shoulder proudly, good job sport*

i feel like 75% of being a recovering IT support pro is going "i could file a ticket for this but they probably are as spread thin as i was so i'll just take this as far as I can before the ticket"
