I uninstalled X. There's no going back. Twitter hasn't felt like home since the conversation and signal moved to Nostr in December 2022. And now with X, it's even more apparent. With the rebrand of Twitter to X showing up on my phone yesterday, it seemed like the right time.

After #MarchOfTwitter, I showed myself that I could leave if I wanted to, but I continued to check out Twitter every few days or weeks, depending on my mood. However, using Twitter has felt like a chore over the last 8 months. I did it out of habit or boredom. It's not fun. I get zero value from it.

Nostr has been my home for 8 months. I could be cross-posting as you said, but it's easier to just cut the cord.

I just now tried a link post. I took a snapshot and posted on twitter but still I'm feeding the trolls. theres a #^%$ load of them there. I may look like them if I don't cut the cord. I may not want to bring those ugly trolls here. If your wife's there, I'll take back what I said.
