Cooking question, salmon on the grill. Do you use cedar planks? I have cooked salmon several ways, but this way seems the most consistently moist and flavorful. Do you use a another way?

I usually put a piece of frozen dill butter on top before I cover. I also add a splash of pickle juice before I serve.
