I don't mean to say that you should judge a book by its cover. A physically "different" person can still exhibit a kind of beauty in the form of "grace" - in quotes because it has such a deep meaning. Call it intuition, if you're too materialist for these whimsical things. Pattern recognition might be enough.
This individual exudes an ugliness that foreshadows the ugliness of his speech. It comes from resentment. Nietzsche harped on resentment being the cause of problems in society and in our hearts. Resentment is at the core of both socialism and Christianity, ironically, and that's why Nietzsche was against both. Resentment is the impulse at the core of statism, nationalism, and the theft they facilitate. The feeling of an unsatisfied ego pushes people into crime. And its a cowardly impulse, full of self loathing and disempowerment and a wish for revenge, and that's why resentful people want "democracy" and the safety of a crowd while they conduct their crimes.
Excellence has no room for resentment. Envy, yes, but not resentment. Resentment destroys you internally and destroys everything you should love, would have loved if you had a stronger character. Envy can become either resentment or excellence - it can produce marble statues and Olympic athletes ; or it can fall into resentment and create a ruined man. And the resentful man often actively destroys his appearance, on purpose, perhaps as a desperate attempt to feel a sense of control while he spirals downward uncontrollably. You see unkempt faces, gross beards, tattoos, and clothes that seem designed to disrespect the observer.
This is worth noticing because you can control what things influence you. If you allow a resentful person to influence you, that can literally destroy you. It can end your life. And nobody will notice. Nobody wants to notice a resentful person while they're alive, so they definitely won't notice that you're gone.
Filter bad people out. They broadcast their evil character. Just notice.
