Favorite Relays can be included with NIP-05 authentication.
I use nostrgram.
I've used that site for restoring following, but I don't see one for relays
I don't know how a scalawag client can wipe your relay list,or how to get it back, but I do know you should be running your own Nostr Relay. It's easy to do with Umbrel Node. It will store all your activity and you'll always know where it is.
I will soon, just got 4 more Pi3 8gb in. I like this with the cool dashboard too
