Social media in that form is junk food that humanity finds hard to resist.

People must also WANT to engage in new and healthier ways.

Exactly what I was thinking about. Junk food is tasty, but from time to time. And it’s highly addictive. It’s difficult to change habits, especially when one does not see the problem with current habits. :/

Let’s hope that in time people will prefer the steak over Big Mac. 😅
