I just don't know how you can get recurring subscription using bitcoin. That's one thing that's much more convenient for fiat business payments. But for actual content delivery and group comms, all can be done through #nostr, amethyst e.g. has group chats
Monthly subscriptions are still difficult - but it can be tried with fountain and zaprite. You can just build things.
