Why am I getting this almost every time I open Amethyst?

Reminds me of the NIP4 and NIP44 events I keep getting. I am not crashing though. It just prompts me every other time I open Amethyst.

What versions are you running?

Latest versions of everything. This has been going on for months now. Vitor ID'ed the event for me, but I can't get it to go away or be overwritten with a new event.
