I keep digging deeper into the natural methods of Japanese and Korean natural farming. I finally figured out one of the primary differences between Jadam, and Korean Natural Farming, is that by doing the longer process of growing out Indigenous microorganisms onto a substrate, you are introducing fungal growth into the soil biome rather than just the microbial growth you get from Jadam. And from what I can tell, Increased fungal growth means greater ability to transport nutrients rather than just making them available. 🤷♂️
