It's tempting to suggest that China ought to nuke California, but the reality is that the state and it's degenerste population of Hollywood nonces, mentally deranged women and the sociopathic politicians that are soliciting their votes are all doing it on their own these years.
More interesting will be when California finally implodes and other Americans have to decide on whether or not to rescue it.
