Why not let the individual to decide what he would see?
If the algo gives
power to the people, then I will forever support that algo !!!

Why do you need an Algo?
Just give people the ability to choose.
I am assuming they are needed to bring a bit more visibility to those loading nice content that otherwise wouldn’t get exposure.
So the individual user should have an opt in to a "filter/aggregator"
