Why do you need an Algo?

Just give people the ability to choose.

I am assuming they are needed to bring a bit more visibility to those loading nice content that otherwise wouldn’t get exposure.

How the individual can be protected from harassment when he posts something? On X we can see people being insulted all the time. People are leaving X to Bluesky because they feel finally secured.
