Nostr.build is a paid nostr focused service. Works extremely well.
If you want pay per upload, I believe satellite.earth does this.
Otherwise links are free.

So if I get the 20GB of private storage, does that mean I can only upload 20GB worth of video/images a year? Seems very little.
No, you have up to 20GB that you can upload at any given time. You would have to delete some videos to be able to upload more. However you are not capped at 20GB of upload only.
20GB is over 1000 minutes of stored video which we can server to thousands of users with no additional fees. That’s about 16 hours of video footage. You can upload as many TB as you want, as long as you keep your stored at any moment size under 20GB. If you need more, there are plans that give you 100GB. We are also developing option to add more storage. If you have questions, ask. 🐶🐾🫡

In that case, is the storage amount simply for having quick access and backups?
The promise we make is that all your account’s uploads into the private storage will remain accessible for at least one year after you stop paying for a yearly subscription. The subscription itself is for a year, not indefinite. The storage amount is for your files that you upload and have full control over, you still have access to a free but limited in size per file storage.
Also, depending on economical conditions and our costs, we may increase the storage or at least offer reasonable options to acquire more.
