Great point and information.

I see a lot of unhealthy people mostly fat and/or inactive stuck in alcoholism as a habit and lifestyle.

Most people i see drink hardly drink moderately.

I think they say close to 2/3rds of Americans have at least insulin resistance or pre-diabetes.

And recovering from insulin resistance myself, cutting out alcohol at least helped and feels/felt so much better. With this info, when im fully healthy i may drink again. Its a long journey back from decades of fiat captured food and drink, thanks!
