Start with a minute a day and work your way up to 10 or 20. You may start noticing a benefit and when you stop you'll definitely notice 🙂

My youngest son was on ADHD meds for a few years. He needs them, but they started messing up his stomach so we have taken him off this school year.

He went from all A’s ,to now mostly B’s.

It’s amazing how focus can hone the mind.

… I’ll always wonder what I could have accomplished if I had meds when I was younger, or even as an adult…

Dude as an insomniac I feel this so much. So many sleepless nights just wishing I could turn off
