They are not refugees, so they don’t cost us a lot of money other than the overfilled healthcare system, but there are millions of them already, and all under the radar. Already neighborhoods where no Spaniard lives and even where police does not dare to go in

Best way to get fewer refugees is to stop chasing people out of their homelands in the first place. In lieu of that, you need a border, and high taxes to cover the costs of patrolling it. In lieu of that, you need more draconian laws and policing. And in lieu of that, you need more guns, and the willingness to use them.
Personally, I find pushing for making fewer refugees in the first place to be the preferable solution. An easy way to get started there is to stop funding wars of foreign aggression, and the existence of belligerent entities such as the Zionist occupation.
But, you do have some options.
Me: We need fewer refugees.
You: You need peace on earth.
Me: Okay, yeah, that would be great, but while we're waiting for Jesus to return, I'd also like fewer refugees.
It doesn't have to be peace on earth fwiw. Turn your country into enough of a warzone and the refugees will try elsewhere.
But to do that you'll need guns 😄

i am in favour of the "melting pot" but you can only add so much material in the pot before the temperature drops and stuff won't melt and will instead collide with each other.
It's not just Germany either. It's most European countries. Apart from letting in too many, the unrest caused is not punished enough either. You don't invite people in your home and let them steal or demolish your stuff. Why would you let this happen to your country?
