A few years ago, my wife's eyes were failing due to type 2 diabetes. I went on a "sympathy diet" with her. All I did was cut out sugar... No more sweet iced tea, no ice cream desserts every night...

Well, I've never been one to get on the scale all the time. A couple of months in, I happened to get on one and was shocked to discover I'd dropped thirty pounds without even knowing it.😮

Sugar (esp. chronic excess) is poison!🤮
