I get all sorts of text messages that I presume are the attempt to start some kind of scam sequence, most innocuously worded but others pretty weird cold openers.

I got one from an unknown number that just said “Are you here yet?”

I was so tempted to reply with something like “Yes, and I have the briefcase of cash as instructed. What do I do now?”
