Fired up our new salamander broiler grill from Schwank Grills tonight. This was a gift from the TSPC community and it is just amazing. Went with surf and turf (ribeyes and shrimp) for the first cook. It was amazing and my belly is sooooo happy. #keto #carnivore

Looks awesome. How long to cook the steak on one of these bad boys?
1 minute each side up close. Then drop down to finish. Mine was about 3 minutes more lower for medium. Dorothys was about 5 more for medium well.
