Box breathing and the Wim Hof method are great. I’ve been doing 20-30 deep breaths, then hold my breath for as long as I can, and do 20-30 more while grounding first thing in the morning. Not sure what it’s technically called.

Love that. The grounding and breath work go hand and hand. I lay in my yard when I do my box breathing after I workout. I’ve also been doing a lot more outdoor workouts this summer grounded and collecting that sun energy crazy how much better I feel vs being inside a gym.
Yes this 100%!!! Do u ever think about what ur dream house would be like? Mine would have an outdoor gym, cold plunge tub, & sauna forsure.
Ya I’d definitely would want all of that. Maybe a flowing river for cold plunges and also a hot springs pool would be pretty clutch. My own garden, farm, and land to hunt so I could be as self sustainable as possible. (Idk how to garden or farm but would be bad ass to learn)
