Few things infuriate me more than hospitals and doctors refusing to dispense appropriate medicine that would relieve suffering because they're afraid that everyone is a drug addict seeking a high. I've seen so many people left in agony because of doctors who refuse to do their job.

I'll stop there as I am not a "medical" doctor in the western sense of the word and don't want to cause any trouble.
